SCOTT J. BOWLEY
Cell: 801-656- 9684· scottybowley@yahoo.com
· Worked
closely with Vendors while implementing a superior tracking program to ensure
maintenance quality while bringing costs under control. This resulted in a
constant decrease in company CSA scores over a 12 month period which
prevented Kiva Utah from being severed from Kiva California due to previous
soaring CSA scores from the Utah Fleet.
· Worked
with Drivers to implement a more consistent work schedule, bring them into
DOT compliance as it results to hours of service and spearheaded and entirely
new and innovative Training program which has resulted in a Zero Accident
status for over 12 months.
· Planned
and worked closely with Drivers and Vendors to bring the Utah Fleet, which
was in poor condition upon my arrival, into, not only great condition, but a
condition which now sets the Standard for Kiva Energy and resulted in a “Best
seen to date” inspection grade from our Insurance carrier.
· Rewrote
the Kiva Energy Safety program so that it pertains more to topics that our
Drivers run into daily. Developed new safety books that record
bi-monthly meetings where the drivers are active participants in going over,
not only safety materials I’ve prepared, but topics they bring up that
reflect actual safety situations they’ve been involved in while servicing one
of our customers.
